14g 1/2" - surgical steel spiral barbells with specialty ends of your choice on one side and a matching
jewel ball on the other end (except for synthetic pearl style which has pearls on both ends). *Our shafts are 316L, the
highest quality of surgical stainless steel.
Note: genuine pearls should not be used in piercing jewelry other than with bead capture rings, as they can easily be
removed prior to bathing -- soap will erode natural pearls.
