12mm - This pair of Black Onyx saddles boasts a whole lot of sparkle, sharing about half of the saddle face with crystal-like, sparkling druzy. 

*The top saddle has a slight flattening along a small section of edge (see arrow in photo) but it was ground and polished this way (trying to get as much druzy as possible in the saddle), so there is no roughness to it.  The other half of face on this saddle is not solid black onyx; it has a bit of striping at the line of demarcation. 

The bottom saddle is not a fabulous match to the top one, but it is really cool and the two saddles do look great together.  This second piece is less than half solid black onyx, but it does have a strong black line dividing the saddle face in half (so it does look a lot like the other piece).  The side that should be solid black (if it were to perfectly match the other piece) has a stripe of clearish agate that is heavily speckled with black onyx. 

Folks, the artist in China who made these for us cored many pounds of stone looking for areas that might produce specialty pairs such as this... he was able to make us 2 pair. The other pair sold last week within minutes of putting it up on the website, and this is the only such pair we have left. First come, first served. Good luck!

This turquoise is mined in Iran, the only place where apple-green is found. Richly veined, a characteristic of this particular type, it is impregnated according to accepted jeweler standards to fill in pores and crevices, preventing microbial growth.  Offered by the piece for stretched ears.

This quartz is a nice seafoam-to-aqua (on the green side), also known as Aventurine.  It is largely opaque, sometimes with glistening from enclosed scales of mica or hematite. The smaller 6g is semi-transluscent. Offered by the piece or in well-matched pairs for stretched ears.

This Banded Fluorite is sometimes 2-color, sometimes 3 color, and a small number are even rutilated. Offered by the piece or in well-matched pairs for stretched ears.

Stone saddles: This Onyx stone is naturally multi-shades of grey and white, sometimes opaque, stripes. In some of the sizes offered, we had the pieces dyed by hand with black and brown accent striping or painting. We offer these by the piece, for stretched lobes.

*The hand-dyed pieces are available in: 6g, 2g, and 000g.

 ** The single piece remaining in 000g is solid black on one side, and the other is a thin black border, with a dove grey center, and in that center (off-side, actually) is a large pale-grey spot -- It's pretty cool on this side.

Genuine Blue Coral.  The 2 gauge size has a silver concho with engraved Trisquel design on one end. Sold by the piece.

Stone saddles: This Blue Goldstone is very dark blue and peppered with golden glittering specks. Sold by the piece.
